December 16, 2021, Pacific Group leader, Master Nguyen Van Diep and Troy International leader, architect Ngo Thi Hong Phuong signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement on the distribution of first-zero net building materials. first in Vietnam.
Troy International's clean (net zero) brick production technology is completely unburnt, using in-situ soil materials (minimum clay content of 15%) to mix active ingredients and then put into presses. After pressing, it can be used for 7 days. Troy clean bricks are used to build low-rise houses by assembling them together, absolutely no mortar is used to join bricks, only little mortar is used in the components. Completely chemical free.
Zero net road technology also uses active ingredients mixed with locally available soil and compacted to create high-strength roads without using a lot of materials brought in from elsewhere. In addition to road construction, the technology is applied to make yards, airport runways, reservoir beds, etc.
