     Twenty-five wind turbines with a rated output of 9,600 kW will be constructed in four areas in the Kitakyushu Port Hibikinada district. A pile type jacket foundation will be adopted for the foundation. The maximum power output is 220 megawatts. The business period is 20 years. The rated output and power output per wind turbine will be the highest in Japan.
     Vestas Japan is in charge of wind turbine supply and installation work, J-POWER High Tech is in charge of onshore electrical work, and Penta-Ocean Construction and Wakachiku Construction JV is in charge of O&M (operation and maintenance) base port construction.
