Reducing the cost of updating aging facilities
Kansai Electric Power Transmission and Distribution, Chubu Electric Power Grid (PG), and Hokuriku Electric Power Transmission and Distribution announced on the 30th that they are part of a plan to optimize facility formation, such as discontinuing transmission lines that are close to the power systems of the three companies. , announced that most of the Kansai trunk line, which has been in operation for more than 90 years, will be abolished. The abolition date is assumed to be FY2028. Reduce costs related to aging countermeasures while maintaining supply reliability.
