The deadline for submission of proposals is the 14th of the same month. The dialogue will be held from 18th to 21st.

On the 29th, the implementation guidelines for the "Market Survey on the Kisarazu Station Area Government Building Development Project" were announced. The new government building will utilize the station front west exit parking lot (Central 1-1-1), which is municipal land. The site area is 3194 square meters. It is a commercial area, a semi-fire prevention area, and a parking lot maintenance area. The planned building is a 6-story steel structure with a total area of 8,600 square meters. The details of the facility are based on the layout plan that has been adjusted so far. ▽ 1st floor = parking lot and store space ▽ 2nd and 3rd floors = citizen interaction space, connecting passageway connecting Kisarazu Station and the government building ▽ 4th and 5th floors = The city hall space ▽ 6th floor = assembly space - is assumed.

Regarding the development of government buildings around the station, the project candidate declined in May because he could not reach a final agreement with the land owner on land use. The city intends to maintain its policy of splitting the new government building into two locations, one around Kisarazu Station and one around Aeon Town Kisarazu Asahi (Asahi 3).
