NTT Communications (NTT Com) systemizes solutions and services for DX in the construction industry. In addition to existing applications, the cloud-based digital application ``GaNett'' developed in collaboration with Takenaka Corporation and Shimizu Corporation will be available from July. This application will be used as a point initiative to promote the digitalization of construction management information while streamlining process management. This is an effort to build a platform that focuses on processes and will support DX using accumulated data and generated AI.

Services that have been offered as "Docomo Construction Site IoT Solutions" will be systematized as "tateras" and will be available from May 15. Existing solutions include control applications coordinate and organize work with subcontractors, application for sharing drawings such as loading and unloading and adjusting lifting equipment (painting process application), and forms for creating forms.
We plan to start linking existing services with Gannet from October to December. Gannett can include information such as job type and labor schedule in the schedule and based on this data, can schedule Arrange work for subcontractors. After construction is complete, the results are compiled using the daily work reporting application.
At the same time as using digital tools to streamline a range of tasks, you can also accumulate factual and scheduled data, which can be used to visualize information progress and improve process planning accuracy. We believe frontloading is effective by managing multiple sites from a bird's-eye view based on the latest data. We are also looking at using synthetic AI to listen to concerns and suggestions to simplify the process. “We want users to be able to use it intuitively but also have DX happen when they recognize it,” NTT Com said. We aim to make it an industry standard.”
