Tokyu Fudosan đưa vào vận hành "Mega Solar Sharing" quy mô lớn tại Saitama, Nhật Bản

Tokyu Fudosan và Saitama Fukko đã đưa vào vận hành nhà máy điện mặt trời kết hợp nông nghiệp (mega solar sharing) quy mô lớn tại thành phố Kumagaya, tỉnh Saitama, từ ngày 1 tháng 4 năm 2026. Nhà máy "Lien Solar Farm Kumagaya" được xây dựng trên diện tích khoảng 4 ha, được tập hợp từ 35 thửa đất nông nghiệp nhỏ lẻ, bao gồm cả đất bỏ hoang, nhằm giải quyết tình trạng thiếu người kế thừa và ngăn chặn tình trạng bỏ hoang đất nông nghiệp trong tương lai.
Quy mô và công nghệ
Nhà máy có công suất tấm pin mặt trời đạt 2.625 kW và công suất hòa lưới 1.990 kW, sản lượng điện dự kiến hàng năm khoảng 3,296 triệu kWh. Hệ thống sử dụng giá đỡ kiểu pergola (藤棚式) để đảm bảo không gian làm việc cho máy móc nông nghiệp và duy trì sự phát triển của cây lúa mì. Đây được coi là cánh đồng lúa mì lớn nhất tại Nhật Bản trong một nhà máy điện mặt trời kết hợp nông nghiệp.
Mô hình kinh doanh và tác động xã hội
Điện năng sản xuất được cung cấp cho các tòa nhà văn phòng và cơ sở thương mại thuộc sở hữu của Tokyu Fudosan theo mô hình PPA ngoài hiện trường. Một phần doanh thu bán điện được trả lại cho đơn vị nông nghiệp địa phương Saitama Fukko dưới dạng phí hợp tác nông nghiệp và đóng góp cho các hiệp hội khu phố, góp phần ổn định hoạt động nông nghiệp và cộng đồng. Đơn vị vận hành nông nghiệp, Saitama Fukuno, cũng vận hành một trang trại xã hội kết hợp nông nghiệp và phúc lợi, tạo cơ hội cho người khuyết tật và những người gặp khó khăn trong việc làm tham gia sản xuất nông nghiệp và thúc đẩy chuyển đổi sang canh tác hữu cơ bảo vệ môi trường.
Dự án thứ hai tại Higashimatsuyama
Cùng ngày, Tokyu Fudosan cũng thông báo đã vận hành nhà máy thứ hai là "Lien Solar Farm TENOHA Higashimatsuyama" tại thành phố Higashimatsuyama, tỉnh Saitama, kể từ ngày 1 tháng 5. Dự án này áp dụng giá đỡ kiểu pergola để kết hợp trồng lúa nước và phát điện, sử dụng cả tấm pin mặt trời tiêu chuẩn và loại mỏng hơn để đánh giá tác động của điều kiện ánh sáng đến cây trồng. Nhà máy có công suất 60,6 kW, sản lượng dự kiến 82.000 kWh/năm, cung cấp điện cho các cơ sở của Tokyu Fudosan và nông sản cho cơ sở cộng đồng "TENOHA Higashimatsuyama" gần đó.

Tokyu Fudosan and Saitama Fukko have begun operating a large-scale agrivoltaic solar power plant (mega solar sharing) in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, since April 1, 2026. The "Lien Solar Farm Kumagaya" was developed on approximately 4 hectares of land, consolidated from 35 small, scattered agricultural plots, including abandoned farmland, to address the shortage of successors and prevent future land abandonment.
Scale and Technology
The plant has a solar panel capacity of 2,625 kW and a grid connection capacity of 1,990 kW, with an estimated annual electricity generation of about 3.296 million kWh. The system uses pergola-type mounting structures to ensure sufficient working space for agricultural machinery and maintain proper growth of wheat. This is considered the largest wheat field in Japan within an agrivoltaic solar plant.
Business Model and Social Impact
The generated electricity is supplied to office buildings and commercial facilities owned by Tokyu Fudosan under an off-site PPA model. A portion of the electricity sales revenue is returned to the local agricultural entity Saitama Fukko as agricultural cooperation fees and contributed to neighborhood associations, contributing to the stability of agricultural operations and the community. The agricultural operator, Saitama Fukuno, also runs a social farm integrating agriculture and welfare, creating opportunities for people with disabilities and those facing employment difficulties to participate in agricultural production and promoting a shift to environmentally friendly organic farming.
Second Project in Higashimatsuyama
On the same day, Tokyu Fudosan also announced the start of operations of its second plant, "Lien Solar Farm TENOHA Higashimatsuyama," in Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture, since May 1. This project also uses pergola-type mounts to combine rice cultivation and power generation, employing both standard and thinner solar panels to assess the impact of different sunlight conditions on crop growth. The plant has a capacity of 60.6 kW, with an estimated output of 82,000 kWh/year, supplying power to Tokyu Fudosan facilities and agricultural produce to the nearby community facility "TENOHA Higashimatsuyama."
