Vietnam Future Energy Summit 2025 Opens in Ho Chi Minh City, Bringing Together Global Energy Leaders
Ho Chi Minh City – The Vietnam Future Energy Summit 2025 will take place from 27–28 November, gathering senior energy officials, investors, international experts, and leading companies in renewable energy, LNG, hydrogen, and energy storage. The conference is supported by two key partners: the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) and Pacific Group, both actively contributing to Vietnam’s clean energy transition.
This year’s summit focuses on Vietnam’s energy transition priorities following the approval of Power Development Plan VIII, as the country works to strengthen energy security and accelerate clean energy deployment. High-level discussions will feature global and regional experts addressing key topics such as offshore wind, large-scale solar, LNG-to-power, battery energy storage systems (BESS), power grid development, carbon markets, and financing challenges for major energy infrastructure projects.
A central highlight of the summit is the green hydrogen session from 16:00 to 17:00, chaired by the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC). The session will gather international and Vietnamese hydrogen specialists to explore how Vietnam can emerge as one of ASEAN’s three leading hydrogen markets, as identified in the IEA Global Hydrogen Review 2025. Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, Chairman of VAHC, will moderate the panel with senior representatives from prominent Japanese and European energy companies.
In addition to the conference program, delegates will participate in a site visit to the PV Gas LNG Terminal—one of Vietnam’s most strategic LNG facilities—offering first-hand insights into LNG infrastructure supporting national energy transition efforts.
Vietnam Future Energy Summit 2025 is recognized as a premier platform for policymakers, investors, and technology leaders, reinforcing Vietnam’s ambition to build a cleaner, more resilient, and sustainable energy future.
