The European Hydrogen Week has once again highlighted hydrogen as a cornerstone for global decarbonisation. Europe’s integrated approach—linking production, certification, infrastructure, and end-use—sets a clear direction for collaboration across regions.
For ASEAN and Vietnam, this momentum provides both inspiration and opportunity. Vietnam’s target to produce up to 500,000 tonnes of clean hydrogen annually by 2030 positions it as a future leader in Asia’s hydrogen landscape and a natural partner for Europe in technology exchange and low-carbon mobility.
At Busworld Europe 2025, Wisdom Motor is showcasing its latest generation of hydrogen and battery-electric buses designed for real operating conditions. We view both technologies as complementary—battery-electric systems excel in dense urban routes, while hydrogen fuel cell buses deliver the range, fast refueling, and efficiency needed for intercity and high-duty operations.
Our strategy extends beyond vehicle design. Wisdom Motor is actively developing a complete hydrogen ecosystem—covering refueling, service networks, localized assembly, and technical training—to ensure long-term scalability across ASEAN. Vietnam stands at the center of this effort, serving as a manufacturing and innovation hub for the region.
