NEUMAN & ESSER and Bosch Sign Strategic MoU for Green Hydrogen Development in Africa
NEUMAN & ESSER (NEA GROUP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bosch Commercial & Industrial Africa to strengthen joint initiatives in the green hydrogen and green ammonia sectors across Africa.
Under this strategic cooperation, Bosch will supply its advanced PEM electrolyzer stacks, while NEA GROUP will provide engineering and plant design capabilities to deliver efficient and reliable complete PEM electrolyzer systems. Leveraging NEA’s long-standing expertise in compression technology, the partnership positions the two companies as an integrated and trusted provider of end-to-end solutions for green hydrogen and its derivatives, including green ammonia and methanol.
Through this collaboration, both companies aim to support Africa’s energy transition, promote local value creation, and contribute to the sustainable development of the region’s energy industry.
