Maeda Construction Launches Early Sales of App Supporting Civil Engineering License Exam Preparation
November 19, 2025 – Technology & Products

Maeda Construction began accepting pre-orders on November 18 for a qualification support app specialized in the Level 1 Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician (first-stage exam). The app is primarily intended for young engineers and combines practice problems, skill tests, and monthly reports, enabling both self-directed learning and manager oversight of progress. AI is used to generate practice questions, offering high-quality learning in a short period.
The app, named SakuShare PASS, is smartphone-based, allowing young employees to study anytime and anywhere. It includes over 2,000 practice problems for foundational knowledge and three mock exams to develop readiness for the actual test. The monthly report feature visualizes progress and weak points, allowing managers to monitor and support the learning of their employees.
The service is scheduled to start in January 2026, sold as an annual corporate license at ¥22,000 per person (excluding tax) until the last day of the exam month. A version for the second-stage exam is planned for July 2026. The platform will support not only young engineers but also students and foreign personnel involved in the construction industry.
