On April 12th, a ceremony was held for the completion of the mega-solar (large-scale solar power plant) "Power Plant Tsunaze" with an interconnected output of 35 MW and a solar panel output of approximately 51 MW in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. It was held.

The main body of the power generation business will be Succeed Tsunase (Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture), a special purpose company (SPC). Electricity sales started in February 2023.

This is a power generation project led from the beginning by the Suzuka Group (Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture), which is based on an electrical equipment construction company in Mie Prefecture.

In addition to the company, the SPC is funded by France's Total Energies, one of the oil majors (international oil capitals), and Tohoku Electric Power.

It is located in an area of mountain forests and countryside in Hase, Ichishi-cho, Tsu City.

Along with the large-scale land reclamation work in which more than about 330m3 of soil is cut and piled up on the site, careful measures have been taken for planting trees, drainage, and sand (related column).

JGC was in charge of EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) services. The solar panels are made by Jinko Solar Holding of China, and 94,354 panels with an output of 540 W are arranged.

The power conditioners (PCS) made by Toshiba Mitsubishi Electric Industrial Systems (TMEIC) were adopted, and 46 units with a rated output of 750 kW and one unit with a rated output of 500 kW were installed.

The construction period lasted for about two years, during which there were unprecedented changes in the external environment such as the global pandemic of the new coronavirus infection and the shortage of supplies such as solar panels, and these difficulties were overcome. It was completed after overcoming.
