This is the second wind power production facility operated by Milas Group. This is also Otobe Town's first onshore wind power generation facility operating in the town.

The electricity output is 4.6MW, the annual electricity generation in the first year is expected to reach about 10.058 million kWh, equivalent to the electricity consumption of about 3,000 normal households. The electricity price is based on the electricity price system (FIT) of 22 yen/kWh (excluding tax).

Two wind turbines with a capacity of 2.3 MW are installed. Wind turbines are manufactured by Germany's Enercon. The highest point the blade reached was about 120m. It has a structure in which blades about 41 meters long are attached to a tower about 78 meters high, and its advantages include power generation efficiency and stability. The connection switches are manufactured by Toko Takagaku.
