Shares of Tohoku Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. transferred to Daihen / Tohoku Electric Power Co., Ltd.

Tohoku Electric Power Co. announced on the 10th that it will partially transfer the shares of its group company Tohoku Denki Seizo Co., Ltd. (Tagajo City, Miyagi Prefecture, President Masahiro Chiba) to Daihen. After concluding a stock transfer agreement by the end of the month, 73,080 of the 180,000 shares held by Tohoku Electric Power will be transferred on October 2. Through the stock transfer, Tohoku Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will become a subsidiary of Daihen. Although it is no longer a consolidated subsidiary of Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc., it will continue to belong to the company's group as an equity-method affiliate. The transfer amount has not been disclosed.
