A Construction Planning Office will be set up in the new Counselor's Group, and the work in the field of construction machinery that was previously handled by the Policy Bureau will be transferred. We will strengthen the system of cooperation with the Telecommunications Office, which has long been in charge of the information and communications sector in the Secretariat.
