At the Tokyo Electric Power General Training Center (Hino City, Tokyo), a unique initiative is being carried out to deepen exchanges between working people. A person who works at the center's café teaches employees of Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings (HD) how to make "hand-drip" coffee. The café is operated by TEPCO Humming Work (the city, President Yoshio Higashi), which is responsible for hiring people wih disabilities.
