Chiba Prefecture / Prefectural government building (Chuo Ward), etc. Consideration of maintenance policy for repair and rebuilding, deterioration survey etc. from 2023
Chiba Prefecture will start considering the redevelopment of the government building and assembly building on the prefectural government building site in Chuo Ward, Chiba City. We will put together a maintenance policy with a view to rebuilding and large-scale renovation. Twenty-five to sixty years have passed since construction, and it is time for renovation and renewal. In the 2023 budget bill, 16.5 million yen was included as a "prefectural office building redevelopment project." From 2023 to 2024, we will conduct a survey on the state of aging.
In fiscal 2023, we will investigate the deterioration of the framework, outer walls, and various facilities of the prefectural government building, as well as their disaster prevention performance and environmental performance. In fiscal 2024, we plan to identify the location of buildings, rebuilding and repair patterns for each government building, and compare and examine development policies.
