Vietnam needs 330-370 billion USD to reach net zero emissions target
Commenting at the conference, Ms. Caitlin Wiesen, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program - UNDP in Vietnam, said that reducing emissions to zero in less than 30 years can be a difficult task. especially when Vietnam simultaneously strives to become a high-income country by 2045.
