I decided to join the company with the feeling that “manufacturing is a creative job.” I was transferred to Yamagata from a location in the Chubu region in May. He was responsible for preparing documents and other tasks as a support person at work sites in Yamagata Prefecture, such as highway paving work. “My role is to pay attention to weather management and health so that the work can proceed without errors.” He continued his work without neglecting to care for the people around him.
He was also assigned the role of coordinating the deployment of security forces during nighttime construction, requiring traffic control. In order to carry out the work effectively under limited time conditions, the arrangement of security guards was an important point. He said: “It was my first night shift so I was very nervous, but I learned a lot”, and those around me all gave positive reviews: “He was very calm and could give detailed instructions to veteran workers”. .''
Following in the footsteps of the senior employees he admired before joining the company, he thought to himself, “I want to gain experience one by one and expand my scope of work.” Of course he wanted to get a degree, but deep down he also had the desire to do construction work in the Tokyo metropolitan area next time.
