The project area is between Saiwaicho, Neyagawa City and Konancho, Hirakata City. Neyagawa city section is about 2.1 km, Hirakata city section is about 3.4 km. In order to eliminate traffic congestion by removing 21 railroad crossings in the section, the double-track Keihan Main Line and the areas around Korien Station, Kozenji Station, and Hirakata Koen Station in between will be elevated.
