     The Ukraine Reconstruction Support Office has been reorganized as a separate organization under the Sales Management Department, making Ukraine-related operations that were previously handled by the Overseas Sales Department and related technical departments of the Sales Management Department independent. Coordinating with domestic and foreign customers, donors (donor countries) and partners such as government officials involved in the reconstruction of Ukraine and private companies interested in reconstruction assistance, collecting various information on safety etc. and coordinating with internal departments.      The Nippon Koei Group has received orders from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for three projects related to reconstruction assistance in the country, and has begun operations in neighboring countries and at its headquarters. In the "Ukraine Emergency Recovery and Reconstruction Project", which will be implemented by Nippon Koei and others for a period of about two years from March, a plan will be formulated for laying the foundations for full-scale recovery and reconstruction of the destroyed urban infrastructure. provide support. Research teams are being dispatched to neighboring Poland and Moldova.
     Covers all of Ukraine, including six major target cities such as Odesa and Mikolaiv. In cooperation with the country's related organizations, plans will be formulated in multiple fields such as resources and energy, transportation, urban and regional development, water supply and sewerage, information communication, and debris disposal.
