On the 8th, Kansai Power Transmission and Distribution held a company-wide skills presentation for fiscal year 2023 at the Ibaraki Training Center of Kansai Electric Power Academy (Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture). The purpose is to maintain and improve direct management technical capacity in the engineering, power distribution and system operations departments. 145 employees in their 20s to early 30s participated from eight headquarters, including North Osaka, South Osaka, Kobe, Nara and Wakayama. Competitors check each safety point in turn while talking to each other and demonstrating the skills they have honed through daily training and field work.
