Tokyo Tatemono constructed an automated refrigerated warehouse "T-LOGI Honjo Kodama" in Kamisato Town, Saitama Prefecture, which was completed on October 31. This will be the first time that Tokyo Tatemono will work on a BTS-type logistics facility designed to meet the needs of a specific customer. Install an on-site PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) model rooftop mega-solar.

The output of the solar panel is about 1.3 MW, and the grid output is 792.0 kW. The annual power generation is expected to be 14,000 MWh (based on the first year). In addition to self-consumption of the generated electricity, if there is surplus electricity, it will be transmitted to other facilities owned by Tokyo Tatemono using a self-consignment system.

Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions (Minato-ku, Tokyo) will be in charge of maintenance and management of the power generation equipment. The solar panels are made by Jinko Solar in China, and the power conditioner (PCS) is made by Sungrow in China.

A two-story steel-frame building (new earthquake resistance) with a total floor area of approximately 15,612m2. Introduced a high-efficiency natural refrigerant refrigerator. It can store more than 28,000 pallets, making it the largest automatic warehouse with refrigeration specifications in Japan. From November 1, it will operate as a frozen automated warehouse exclusively for the Yoshimi Group.
