Participation applications will be accepted until the 15th, and the selection results will be announced on August 4th after hearing screening. The estimated limit is 16,597,000 yen (excluding tax). The deadline is March 31, 2023.


    The new city road "Nishi-Akeishi Station South Line" will reach the South Station Square in an L-shape from the Kokubo Minami intersection on the National Highway No. 250 Meiki Main Line on the north-south axis. The length is about 440 meters and the width is 16 to 19 meters (7 meters on the road and 9 meters on the sidewalk). Widen and maintain existing alleys.     Sun Life Akashi (RC structure 3 stories) moved to the adjacent land on the west side adjacent to the new city road. JR will build a condominium on the site of the former JR company housing adjacent to the east and west.


    After the reorganization of the south area is completed, the land of the former JNR Settlement Corporation (about 6900 square meters) will be utilized on the east side of the station.
