    Through this capital tie-up, Kyocera will transfer part of the shares of au Renewable Energy held by au Energy Holdings. The shareholding ratio will be 80% for au Energy Holdings and 20% for Kyocera, making it an equity-method affiliate of Kyocera. In addition, Kyocera plans to dispatch one non-executive director.
