At the detailed design stage of the project, the Comprehensive Built Environment Efficiency Evaluation System (CASBEE) - Building (new construction) S rank certification will be obtained, and the results will be submitted to the city before the start of construction. If S-rank certification cannot be obtained, the reason must be reported in writing. Additional environmental conservation measures will be taken while listening to the opinions of the City Environmental Assessment Committee.

For the south section, after completing the detailed design of the annex building in 2013, the CASBEE evaluation was confirmed for the entire section. Construction of the annex building is scheduled to begin in 2026. The skyscraper completed the detailed design in 2031, and acquired CASBEE certification, including the annex building, where construction began earlier. Construction will begin with the goal of completion in 2035.
