The Construction Bureau's Maintenance Department, where I was first assigned, was in charge of carpet recovery efforts. road disaster. At that time, he was called in to help investigate the damage caused by the disaster. I also had to explain road rehabilitation work to disaster victims and learned the need to “clearly communicate content and purpose.” ``That is still my core'' so as not to cause a sense of distrust among the people.
After accumulating experience in the road department, he now belongs to the drainage planning department. Even if there's something you don't understand, it's still a ''friendly workplace where you can freely exchange ideas with your subordinates or superiors''. An environment is created for female employees to share their concerns and help each other.
When I have difficulty at work, I think, “The reason for the difficulty is my lack of understanding.” Don't forget to study every day. We are moving step by step with the belief that ``If you understand, it will be fun.''
