Kawata Construction Co., Ltd. ON-SITE X is a community service that online matches startups with local construction companies nationwide. It was opened in the community app "Tailor Works" developed by Taylor Works (President Hiromasa Namba, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), which develops community apps.
As the first step, general contractors in the Shizuoka area will take the lead in ▽ Aggregation of issues in the construction industry ▽ Value co-creation with general contractors, regional businesses, local governments, and start-up companies nationwide ▽ Accumulation of problem-solving know-how ) Work on the three points of conversion. The "Construction DX Fund" will be launched at the beginning of 2011 to support the financing of participating startups. While cooperating with financial institutions, we will solicit investment of about 100 to 300 million yen from participating construction companies, aiming for a fund of up to 10 billion yen.
