Several reconstruction plans have been implemented in the Ginza 6-chome area, located east of JR Yurakucho Station. The two buildings affected are the Brioni Ginza Building and the Ginza Nohgakudo Iijima Main Building. Demolition work on the Brioni Ginza Building, ordered by Hulic and constructed by Goyo Construction, began on the 15th and is scheduled to be completed by the end of November. Tenants are moving out of the Ginza Noh Theater Building due to the reconstruction, but the construction schedule has not yet been announced.

Brioni Ginza Building
The Brioni Ginza Building is located at 6-5-1 Ginza. The building is made of reinforced concrete, has 1 basement and 8 floors above ground, and has a total usable area of 2,178m2. The building was built in 1980 and houses restaurants and beauty salons.

Ginza Noh Theater Iijima Building Main Building
The Ginza Nohgakudo Iijima main building is located at 6-5-15 Ginza. It has nine floors above ground and one underground floor. It was completed in 1972 as a private commission. The mall houses restaurants, retail stores, and other shops, but Junri-an, which sells daily necessities, closed in November 2024 due to reconstruction. Other tenants have also moved out, and much of the space is now vacant.
Across Sotobori-dori, an individual from Tokyo's Minato Ward is currently demolishing the Marugen 14 Building (7-3-9 Ginza). Kasumigaseki Capital is also demolishing the Marugen 54 Building (8-3-7 Ginza). Further down the street towards JR Shinbashi Station, Hulic's "G8 Development Plan" (working title) is also underway. The scenery along the way is likely to change dramatically in the next few years.
