    Oil and gas giant ExxonMobil will use its carbon capture and storage system to move biogenic CO2 from AtmosClear’s project at the Port of Greater Baton Rouge in Louisiana.

    AtmosClear BR selected ExxonMobile to provide CO2 transportation and permanent storage. The plan is to move and store up to 688,000 metric tons of biogenic CO2 per year.

    The CO2 is generated at AtmosClear’s biomass energy site.
