◆Three years after its establishment, the system
was renewed On June 20th, Chugoku Electric Power Network Co., Ltd. renewed its management system. Managing Director Hiroyuki Hasegawa was appointed as President and Representative Director, and Managing Director Takashi Ishihara was promoted to Executive Vice President. Executive officers Hideaki Fujiwara, Satoru Naito, and Masahiko Hanano, executive officer of Chugoku Electric Power, have been appointed as new managing directors. Kenji Umeda, General Manager of Safety and Disaster Prevention Department, and Akimasa Ueda, General Manager of Power Distribution Department, were appointed as new executive officers. On June 28, Kazuo Yasunaga, General Manager of the Audit Department, also became an executive officer. President Hideo Matsuoka, Vice President Takashi Kanda, and Managing Director Masao Senoo will resign. Mr. Matsuoka served as advisor, while Mr. Kanda and Mr. Senoo served as advisors.
