▷Chubu Electric Power Co., Ltd.
announced on the 19th that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Thailand's Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), which handles power distribution and retail business, to develop new businesses. The two companies also signed an agreement in 2019 and have been promoting technical exchanges related to advanced operation of distribution systems and microgrid operation. Developing this, we will jointly consider new businesses with a view to demand response (DR) and electric power data utilization. Chubu Electric Power will support decarbonization considering Thailand's energy situation.
