The reasons for this (allowing multiple answers) were ``because there are very few candidates with the necessary professional qualifications for the job’’, 63.6% and ``because the scope of work is wide, the burden on technical staff is very large, and many people quit their jobs’’ 44.4% said ``The workload is too heavy for the working conditions and there are not many Awakawa vehicles.’’

    Additionally, 19.2% of respondents said that salespeople use simulators to interact with customers, and 62.4% said that they do.
