In terms of measures to improve productivity, the government will call for expanding the scope of projects that utilize ICT and expanding subsidies and tax system support for capital investment.
In the work style reform, we will respond to the upper limit of overtime work with penalties that will be applied to the construction industry in 2012. We request further expansion of the five-day work week and raising of the correction factor. Aiming to realize a virtuous circle by continuously raising the unit price of design labor, aiming to raise the wages of technicians by 3% in 2022.
With the spread of CCUS and the expansion of incentive-giving construction in mind, he advocates the need for operations that allow the local construction industry to feel the benefits. Regarding the creation of a system for responding to disasters, the policy calls for the enhancement of disaster agreements that allow employees to safely engage in dangerous work, and the improvement of the environment to maintain a snow removal work system that is not affected by the amount of snowfall.
