The Tsudo/Oyama Land Readjustment Preparation Association, which is planning a land readjustment project in the Tsudo/Oyama area (approximately 22.2 hectares) in Fujiidera City, Osaka Prefecture, has acquired reserved land and is engaged in administrative, design, and other services for the land readjustment project. Toda Construction has been selected as the company that will handle all construction work on its behalf. This decision was formally made at a general meeting held on the 27th.
The area is located in the northwestern urbanization control zone of the city. The project requires procedures to incorporate the area into the urbanization zone, and the prefecture will decide on the incorporation. The aim is for the association to be established around fall 2025, after the prefecture's city planning decision is made in summer 2025. Land preparation, water supply and wastewater treatment facilities, etc. related to the land readjustment project will be carried out between fiscal 2025 and fiscal 2030. Prior to that, the prefecture is constructing the Yao-Tondabayashi Line, a city planning line running north-south through the district, which will begin operation at the end of fiscal 2016.
Toda Construction is in charge of the commercialization research partner. A proposed land use plan has been proposed including prefectural Fujiidera High School, corporate land, business land, roadside service land, mixed-use land, self-use land, commercial land, reservoir, park, public facility land, campus, agricultural land, etc.
