After the survey, at the headquarters of the airport operation center, the Prime Minister listened to the leaders of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province reporting on the provincial planning, the project implementation plan.
The Prime Minister said that Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has great potential but has not been fully exploited and is facing a big contradiction between developing industry and developing services. This contradiction poses an environmental problem to be solved.

The Prime Minister noted that the space master plan of Ba Ria-Vung Tau must be carried out with three main spaces for service development, industry and urban development.

Service development includes tourism and logistics services. Industrial development includes petroleum and high-tech manufacturing and processing industry.

The planning must be methodical, clearly delineating areas for services, industry, and residential areas; to reserve favorable areas for production and business development.
The Prime Minister noted, avoiding conflicts in the development process, affecting the environment; forest must be preserved.
