Omotesando Grid Tower to open February 2026

A new mixed-use residential, hotel, and office tower is set to open in February 2026 along Aoyama-dori Street in Omotesando, Tokyo.
The 160-meter tall, 38-story tower will feature:

Luxury rental apartments on the upper floors,

Soho House and hotel rooms in the middle levels,

Office and retail spaces on the lower floors.
Construction of the Omotesando Grid Tower began in mid-2023 and is now moving toward completion, marking a significant new addition to Tokyo’s upscale Omotesando district.
