Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture, established a town development council on the 26th to prepare for a plan to redevelop the downtown area in the area of the west exit of JR Kitakami Station. Landowners participated and considered the direction of the development of the old Kitakami Development Building (nicknamed Odense Plaza Grove), located in the area.
