Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings (HD) is developing a nationwide home delivery service for frozen side dishes using domestic marine products, with the aim of promoting the domestic fishery industry by increasing the consumption of fish. It features a monthly menu designed and supervised by top chefs of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines. On the 6th of this month, a prototype meeting was held in Osaka City to decide on the menu to be offered by this winter to the press. The staff in charge of the service tasted the dishes prepared by the chefs and exchanged opinions on commercialization.
