    The new system "PiRuler-GEO" uses measurement data such as rotational torque, thrust and excavation depth obtained from excavators and unique indicators such as design soil quality, elapsed time and built-in torque to estimate arrival state. . Using AI software that helps the machine learn more than 850 data that can correspond to different soil conditions, soil quality and soil hardness are estimated every 15 seconds. Accuracy of 90% or more for soil quality and soil hardness has a high error (RMSE) of 10 or less from the estimated value. It is said to be especially effective in places where the support layer is tilted.

    The condition of reaching the bearing grade is generally assessed by an experienced engineer by visual and tactile inspection of the soil quality of the sample taken during excavation. Complex site conditions require a lot of labor to confirm. By adopting the new system, it is hoped that rebuilding will be limited and delays in construction will be prevented.
