Stargate Hydrogen launches 10MW Aurora outdoor electrolyser system – the most compact alkaline solution for green hydrogen production
Tallinn, Estonia — European green hydrogen innovator Stargate Hydrogen has unveiled two new product families: the Starbase 5MW electrolyser stack and the Aurora 10MW outdoor electrolyser system module.
These products are designed to accelerate industrial decarbonisation by enabling refineries, chemical plants, and steel manufacturers to produce green hydrogen on-site efficiently. The Aurora 10MW system stands out with an ultra-compact footprint of just 14.4 m² per MW, making it the most space-efficient alkaline electrolyser available on the market.
The 10MW system combines two 5MW Starbase stacks, achieving high performance with stack consumption below 49 kWh/kg of hydrogen, significantly reducing hydrogen production costs for industrial users. Together, Starbase and Aurora deliver scalable and industrial-grade solutions to meet the growing demand for large-scale hydrogen generation systems.

Stargate Hydrogen reports strong market interest in its new systems, with multiple commercial negotiations underway for the first deliveries. More details will be revealed during the World Hydrogen TECH Expo in Hamburg, taking place October 20–22.
