Aomori Prefectural Land Development Department/Consulting Business 3D design in principle, DX roadmap formulation from 2024
On the 21st, the Aomori Prefectural Land Development Department formulated the 2022 version of the "Aomori Prefectural Land Development Department DX Roadmap" that shows the goals and schedule for 3D survey design work and ICT-utilizing construction work. From fiscal 2024, new projects targeted for national consultation, such as bridges and erosion control, will be subject to 3D design in principle, and upstream processes such as surveying will also be included. From fiscal 2025 onwards, 3D-designed construction will, in principle, be subject to ICT construction. After FY2011, a revised version will be prepared as necessary.
In order to strongly support work style reform and productivity improvement, we will gradually introduce the utilization of 3D data and IoT, etc., evolving from the simple digitization of conventional documents into data and storage. In the future, we aim to realize 3D survey design and ICT construction at companies in the prefecture. A draft was created in July, and explanations and opinions were exchanged with industry groups in the prefecture from August to November.
According to the roadmap, in the future, 3D design will be expanded from the current 1 to 14 types of civil engineering work, and 8 to 12 types of ICT-utilizing construction will be expanded from 8 to 12 types of work, and implementation guidelines will be formulated for each. The orderer-designated type will have two types of work: paving work and earthwork.
In FY2024, 3D design (specified by the client) will be required for projects that have achieved 3D survey results. In fiscal 2025, it will be implemented for businesses outside the prefecture that place orders using the highly difficult standard type and simple type i comprehensive evaluation method, and in fiscal 2025, it will be applied in principle, including for companies within the prefecture.
CIM utilization work includes: ▽Earthwork ▽Working earthwork ▽Auxiliary structure ▽Slope ▽Soil improvement ▽Pavement ▽River dredging ▽Pavement repair ▽Earthwork less than 1000 cubic meters ▽Small-scale earthwork ▽Structure foundation work ▽Retaining wall work ▽Bridge substructure ▽ Detailed design including 14 types of superstructure work is targeted. In FY2023, it will be integrated and formulated with implementation guidelines for 3D point cloud surveying, etc.
Currently, orders for ICT earthworks, which are limited to designated types only for earthworks of 10,000 cubic meters or more, will be expanded in stages. In fiscal 2024, the rule will be applied to 10,000 cubic meters or more, and in fiscal 2025, to 5,000 cubic meters or more. In fiscal 2011, pavement workers will also formulate implementation guidelines for areas of 3,000 square meters or more. Construction using ICT in earthwork also uses ICT for pavement (roadbed).
