Osaka Prefecture / Establishment of standard design in 2010 for ZEH-class energy-saving performance for newly built prefectural housing
The Housing Management Office, Housing and Construction Bureau, Urban Development Department, Osaka Prefectural Government plans to formulate a standard design within this fiscal year that will achieve an energy-saving level at the level of ZEH (Net Zero Energy House), which will be applied to prefectural housing newly constructed through intensive rebuilding. is. Contribute to building a decarbonized society by improving the energy-saving performance of prefectural housing. At present, we assume a level at which it is possible to obtain "ZEH-Oriented" certification, which reduces primary energy consumption by 20% or more. The project for the first adoption has not been decided.
The prefectural government will begin reviewing ZEH-level prefectural housing standard designs from fiscal 2023.
While considering the costs required to realize this, we are considering high-efficiency equipment such as usable insulation materials and sash specifications that can improve insulation performance, high-performance air conditioners, and heat exchange ventilation equipment. We are also verifying issues such as reflection on rent by implementing such energy saving measures.
The ZEH-level prefectural housing standard design is expected to be applied to projects for which new basic plans and designs are underway. Houses already under construction are excluded.
