At Kyudenko's board of directors meeting on the 24th, it was decided that Kazuyuki Ishibashi, Representative Director and Executive Vice President, would be promoted to the new president on April 1st. After taking over the baton from Mr. Naofumi Sato, who was from Kyushu Electric Power Company and served as president from June 2020 after serving as chairman of Kyudenko, the top will return to the proper position for the first time in about three years. After being appointed as a director without representative rights on April 1, Mr. Sato plans to resign as a director at the general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held at the end of June and become an advisor.
