At Chubu Electric's Hamaoka Nuclear Power Plant, a new handbook "Hamaoka's Absolute Book" describing the rules at the site has been in effect since day 1. The design has been renewed since what has been delivered before. The contents are organized and shortened into categories that all employees working at Hamaoka Nuclear Power must strictly adhere to. By incorporating lots of cute character illustrations, the content is easy to understand and approach.
