Kansai Electric Power and Sparx Launch Grid-Connected Energy Storage Projects in Mito and Hamamatsu
On 25 September 2025, Sparx Group, Kansai Electric Power Co., Inc., and JA Mitsui Leasing (Tokyo) announced the development of grid-connected energy storage projects in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture and Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. These projects follow the Sapporo City project announced in March.
