Japan's Eurus transfers control of 8-MW wind park to Yonden

Japanese wind projects developer Eurus Energy Holdings Corp announced today that it has completed the transfer of all the shares it holds in a subsidiary behind an 8-MW wind park in Ehime prefecture.
Located in the municipality of Ikata, the Eurus Seto Wind Farm is now owned by Yonden Engineering Co Inc.
The deal is in line with Yonden Engineering's plan to invest further in renewable energy and follows the establishment of a maintenance office specialising in wind power in the town of Ikata. It is expected to further strengthen cooperation with the local government and community.
In addition to this deal, the parties have also jointly established a wind power generation company, Eurus noted.
