$5.9 Billion Sustainable Aviation Fuel Project in Uzbekistan
Allied Biofuels FE LLC is advancing a $5.9 billion SAF project in Tuproqqala District, Khorezm Region, Uzbekistan. The facility will be Central Asia’s first fully integrated biorefinery for zero-carbon aviation fuels. Recently, the company signed key land and water agreements with the Khorezm government during the International Investment Forum in Khiva.
Project Highlights:

Annual Output: 382,000 tonnes of SAF, 152,000 tonnes of e-SAF, and 11,000 tonnes of green diesel.

Technology: Equipped with 2 GW of PEM electrolyzers.

Khorezm’s Governor, Jurabek Rakhimov, has pledged full support for the project, ensuring the provision of necessary infrastructure and resources.
