    TEPCO HD Managing Executive Officer Inagaki, who was a maintenance manager, "Unexpected things happen"

    Takeyuki Inagaki, Managing Executive Officer of Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings (HD) and General Manager of the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Station, gave a lecture to management to look back on the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. At the time of the accident, Mr. Inagaki was in charge of the response as the maintenance manager of the power station. In his lecture, he emphasized again that "it is necessary to study every day in preparation for an accident." He said, "If you have any doubts on a daily basis, you must solve them. Even if you reduce the number of unforeseen circumstances as much as possible, they still happen."
